What we collect, and what we do with it.

This policy explains how Compound Health Solutions ("we," "us") handles information collected through this website. Plain version first: we do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other agents or lead buyers.

Information we collect

When you submit a form, we collect what you give us:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Company name, employee count, and state, where relevant
• Household size and coverage interests, where relevant
• Any message you choose to write

We also automatically collect limited technical and attribution data:

• The page you submitted from and the page you first landed on
• Campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and similar) if you arrived from a link containing them
• Referring website, if any
• IP address, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through this website. If that information is needed to complete an application, it is collected later through the carrier's own secure enrollment system — never through a form on this site.

How we use it

• To contact you about the request you submitted
• To prepare quotes, savings analyses, and proposals
• To service policies we place for you
• To understand which marketing channels are working
• To meet legal, regulatory, and insurance recordkeeping obligations

Who we share it with

We share your information only with:

• Insurance carriers and plan administrators, when necessary to quote, apply for, or service coverage you asked about
• Our customer relationship management provider, which stores contact records on our behalf
• Service providers such as our website host and email delivery service, acting on our instructions
• Regulators or law enforcement, where required by law

We do not sell personal information. We do not trade or transfer your information to other insurance agents, agencies, lead aggregators, or marketing companies.

Calls, texts, and emails

When you check the consent box on a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your request, including through automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling us directly at (832) 620-9636.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses minimal browser storage to remember campaign parameters during your visit so we know how you found us. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use advertising trackers that follow you across other websites.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email felipefinancialservices@gmail.com or call (832) 620-9636 and we'll take care of it. Some records must be retained to meet insurance regulatory requirements even after a deletion request.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed server-side. Access to stored records is limited to Felipe Casares. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — which is why sensitive identifiers are never collected through this site.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
