About
Felipe Casares
I'm a licensed insurance agent working with two kinds of clients: business owners who want to stop overpaying payroll tax, and individuals and families who need coverage that actually fits their income.
Most of what I do for companies isn't insurance in the way people picture it. It's finding money that's already leaving the business every pay period and redirecting it — into the company's cash flow and into benefits their employees genuinely use.

How I work
Four things I'd want to know about an agent
You talk to me, every time
Not a call center, not a rotating rep, and your information is never sold to other agents. The number in the header of this site is my direct line. If you call it, I answer it.
I'd rather show you the real number than the impressive one
The payroll tax program is commonly marketed at "$1,120 per employee." That's the gross figure, before a $40 per-employee monthly administration fee. The net is closer to $640. It's on my homepage, in my calculator, and in my proposals — because you'll find out eventually, and I'd rather you hear it from me first.
I'll tell you when it isn't a fit
Fewer than 10 W-2 employees, mostly part-time staff, or a group plan that already beats what I'd write for you — I'll say so on the first call. Being right is worth more to me than one sale.
Every inquiry answered within one business hour
Submit a form during business hours and you'll hear from me inside the hour. If you don't, call (832) 620-9636 and tell me I missed it.
